Showroom Pick-up Policy and Instructions

Reminder:

To ensure your product is ready when you arrive, please wait until you receive your official ‘Ready for Pickup’ email or call notification before traveling to the showroom. Delivery delays can sometimes occur outside of our control, but we promise to contact you immediately once your order has arrived.

We’re able to offer the convenience of receiving small cabinet orders directly into our showroom for a savings over home delivery fees charged by the cabinet manufacturer. However, our space is very limited, therefore we have created a dedicated policy for you to review and agree to prior to choosing this option if applicable to your order.



Policy: 

  • We can accept orders of up to two (2) cabinets with a maximum of four (4) accessories into our showroom.
  • Orders shipped into our showroom are eligible for customer pick-up only and will not qualify to be changed to delivery after the order has been placed with our vendor.
  • There is a $50 fee per order to ship into our showroom.
  • Once your order arrives, we require you to pick up the entire order within one (1) to five (5) business days of our receipt of the items.
  • If you are not able to collect your order within this 5-day window, we may need to schedule your products to be picked up by a transit company to make room for other incoming orders. Should this be necessary, your order will be delivered to an external storage facility. You will be responsible for all transit and storage fees incurred. These fees must be paid in full before your order can be released for pickup at the offsite location.

Pickup Instructions:

  • To ensure your product is available when you arrive, please call us to let us know when you are on the way to pick up your order. Be sure to check our pick up hours above. We do not have warehouse staff, therefore we need to be sure one of our team is available to help you assist you. 
  • Navigate to 60 Pleasant Street, Ashland and make your way to the left side of the building. Pull up just beyond the stone wall next to the ramp and call us at 508-872-9300 #8 to let us know you have arrived. Stay with your vehicle. One of our team members will be down to get your product and bring it down the ramp to you.
