The Showroom Pickup Advantage
Standard Home Delivery: $200- $450 (depending on cabinet company and size of order)
Showroom Pickup Handling Fee: $50

How It Works
Size Limit
This program is designed for “small” orders that use 5′ lineal feet of stacked storage space or less to store. Nothing over 5′ in total length and no tall cabinets.
Pickup Window
Because our storage space is super cozy (just enough for one or two orders!), we ask that you pick up your items within 1 to 5 business days of arrival. This ensures the space stays open for the next customer’s project!
Notification
We’ll send you a “Ready for Pickup” email the moment your order is checked in. Please wait for this confirmation before heading our way. Please review included pick-up instructions.
The Right Ride
We want this process to be as smooth as a soft-close drawer! Please ensure you have a vehicle that is large enough for the “big haul”. Your designer can help guide you here somewhat. We recommend you clear out the vehicle of gear, groceries, and car seats so you have every available inch.
Buddy System
Since we don’t have warehouse crew, please call us at least 30 minutes before to schedule pickup before you’re on your way! We’ll make sure your order is ready to go. Please bring a friend to help you load—we hire our team for their heavy-hitting designs, not their heavy-lifting abilities!
Contingency Plan
From time to time, life may get in the way and you can’t make it within the 5-day window. Don’t worry—we will arrange for a local transit company to safely move your items to an offsite professional storage facility to make space for the next incoming order. You will be responsible for paying all transit and storage fees we incur for this service prior to picking up your order from this facility – typically the cost of this services is in the range of $100-$200 per item for every 7 day period.

To ensure your cabinets are available for pickup, please give us a call at least 30 minutes before you intend to arrive. Since our designers are often in the middle of a creative consultation, this allows us to check if someone is available. Check our pickup hours to plan your trip!
Where to Go & What to Do
When you arrive at 60 Pleasant Street, head to the left side of the building. You’ll see the red Mill building with the stone wall—feel free to pull up just beyond it, right next to the ramp. See the photo for reference. Once you’ve parked, give us a quick call at 508-872-9300 (option. 8). One of our team members will be down to meet you.
