Gil Foss is extremely knowledgeable about his products and skilled as a designer. He was also very patient while we took time to make our final decisions. He really went above and beyond even when the sale was finished and the products delivered. For example, when Schrock failed to deliver one of the pieces in my order Gil went out of his way to contact them multiple times until they agreed to expedite the piece and the shipping so we wouldn’t have to wait another 6 weeks to complete our renovation. He is a pleasure to work with.
