A message to our valued clients:

As a small business we anticipate that many of you have questions regarding our efforts in managing the COVID-19 pandemic. Cabinetry has been deemed an essential product and therefore as part of the supply chain we have been deemed essential. The health and safety of our team members and their families, as well as our clients and the communities we serve, are of the utmost importance. We are a low traffic business and due to our small size, it has been relatively easy for us to implement changes in our showroom to preserve our team and clients’ well-being while maintaining the ability to serve your needs. Here are some of the steps we are taking to keep you and our team safe.


  • All persons, including our team, clients, and vendors shall remain at least six feet apart to the greatest extent possible, both inside and outside the showroom
  • A face mask or fabric face covering is required for all individuals on premise, including team members 
  • Clear instructions have been posted in the showroom to remind everyone of the government social distancing guidelines, as well our service policies to ensure everyone’s well-being
  • Visitors must reduce the number of people in their party to either one or two individuals
  • We are designing by appointment only to reduce the amount of foot traffic in the showroom
  • The flow of our showroom has been adjusted to help maintain social distancing 
  • Plexiglass shields are available for any situation where social distancing may be difficult


  • All visitors are greeted at the door with hand sanitizer, gloves are also available by request
  • All samples are sanitized after they have been touched 
  • We are offering sanitized curb side pick-up sample bags for customers who wish to view samples at home without entering the showroom
  • All areas that have been touched are sanitized after each visitor leaves the showroom
  • A thorough cleaning of the showroom is performed at the end of each day
  • Restrooms are disinfected after each individual use
  • Signage is posted in our showroom to remind everyone of cleaning and sanitizing guidelines


  • Clear instructions can be found on our website, entry door, and in the showroom outlining the procedures for entry and service
  • Virtual design appointments are available online so clients can start or keep their projects progressing without leaving the safety of their home
  • Visitors entering our showroom will remain accompanied by a team member to assist them in handling samples and displays so we are aware of the areas to clean after their visit
  • All team members have been trained to reduce the number of touch points a client uses while still giving them an opportunity to experience the product 
  • We are asking anyone that requests an in-person appointment to please let us know if they or someone they have been in contact with has been ill
  • If an employee or one of their household members feels ill in any way, they are advised to notify us immediately and asked not to come to work until we can assess that there is no risk to to our clients and other team members
